It is built and operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of any provincial or territorial safety authority, workers' compensation board, or government department in any of these jurisdictions, unless separately and explicitly stated.

This tool's search interface, visual design, automatically generated summaries, underlying software, and the specific curation and indexing of source material are the property of the operator, except where noted, and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. No claim of ownership is made over the underlying legislative text itself. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the tool is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
